Step 1: Getting Started

To get started, check your inbox for an email from your Agency. The subject should be labelled, “New Rental Offer for...”.
Click “Review and Confirm Offer” to go to your signing page.

Step 2: Viewing the Offer Letter

To view the Offer Letter click “Download and view offer letter”.
Your Offer Letter will open as a pop-up within the same page.

*If you are viewing on a smartphone or tablet, this may bring the Offer Letter up on a new page! Please ensure you access the Portal through an internet browser such as Safari or Google Chrome on your smartphone and not from your email app!

Step 3: Closing the Offer Letter

To close the document click the white “X” on the top right of the document. If you cannot see this “X”, you can close it by clicking on the background of the page.

*If your document has come onto a separate page, you will need to make sure you close the page of the Offer Letter but not the page of the Portal! This will reset the Portal and will not let you sign properly! We recommend if you are having trouble with this to try on a computer with Google Chrome as this works best.

Step 4: Signing the Offer Letter

Once you have closed the document, all that is left to do is sign the Offer Letter. Simply sign in the Grey box area of the page which is shown in the image below.

You can sign either by Drawing or Typing your signature, both are secure methods of signing the document.
If you make a mistake, not to worry,
you can click “Clear” on the right side of the box and this will let you sign the box again.

Once you are happy, click “Submit” and you will see a confirmation message once your signature has been accepted.

Step 5: Finalising the Tenancy Agreement

Once all processes have been completed by the Tenants and Agency, you will receive an email labelled, “Tenancy Agreement has been accepted for…”.

Click “Finalise Agreement” to access the portal where you can view and sign the agreement.
